Shipping and Returns

How often can I get my kit shipped to me?

You are in control of your regimen. After receiving your introductory kit, you will receive your full size replenishments typically once every 3 months. You can skip, postpone your shipment based on your preference. Call us at 1-800-725-1783 to manage your upcoming shipment.

How do I return my products?

With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s), even if empty, within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Please provide your name, email address, account number along and the reason for returning the product(s) along with your shipment, so we can promptly process your refunds. We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus shipping and handling). Once received please allow 7 business days to process your refund.

If your order is scheduled to ship in the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment, but you can return your shipment once it's received. Ensuring Skin Compatibility

The patented technologies utilized in Perricone MD Cosmeceuticals are designed to work in a manner that traditional skincare formulas can not. To ensure compatibility, Dr. Perricone recommends dabbing an amount on the neck below the ear as a test patch for three consecutive days. A tingling or warming sensation is normal. Once compatibility is established, use as directed. As with all skincare preparations, if irritation occurs, discontinue use.
